As always William and the upper deck staff put on a great signing! William kept everyone in the loop of what was going on with the signing, what to expect and what who is he trying to get in for up coming apperences.
Robert Horry was simply great! He took the time and talked with everyone and even took pictures free of charge! Robert truly made the signing a meet and greet event not signing.
However, for the individuals who hosted the event and were selling Robert Horry items I would have to comment that their customer service and attitude was not what I expected. I believe they could have shown more appreication to the people who came and were excited to meet Robert Horry.
However, I truly believe the positives out weighed the only negitive! Thank you Upper Deck and William for a great event! -

Upper Deck always makes every signing great. William is always walking around to make sure everything is in order. Also Robert Horry was the most friendly person you would ever want to meet. He talked to you, shook your hand and even allowed pictures with him. What more could you ask for. Overall one of the best signing events. Thanx again Upper Deck.

great signing. everything was smooth and robert horry was as nice as can be. took pics, talked with fans and everything.
i hope we get more athletes like him.
